Mr. Ravi Khanna joined BOBCARD in Jan 2019 and has over 25 years of extensive experience across all HR functions. Mr. Khanna has been handling HR and L & D functions at BOBCARD. Key responsibilities include building human capital to support BOBCARD growth, ensuring seamless alignment between people and business objectives and creating a learning organisation.
Ravi is passionate about creating a best place to work.
Before joining BOBCARD he has worked in various BFSI companies at senior level namely as Head HR with Axis Securities, HDFC ERGO General Insurance, SBI General Insurance etc.
Mr. Ravi holds a MA (PM&IR) from TISS.
