Mr. Namit Madan joined BOBCARD in March 2026 as Head – Digital. He is a digital transformation professional with multiple years’ experience in driving digital strategy, customer experience enhancement, and large-scale transformation initiatives across the BFSI sector. In his current role, he leads digital initiatives, focusing on strengthening customer journeys and expanding digital channels. 

Prior to joining BOBCARD, he worked with leading organizations including Axis Bank, Citibank, SBI Cards etc. where he led cross-functional teams and delivered key digital transformation and product initiatives.

He holds an MBA from IIM Mumbai (erstwhile NITIE) and a B.Tech in Electronics and Electrical Engineering.
