Mr. Nitin Aggarwal serves as the Chief Financial Officer of BOBCARD, providing leadership to the organisation’s Finance and Treasury functions. In this capacity, he oversees the company’s financial, including enterprise-wide budgeting, performance reporting, liquidity management, and overall financial governance. He plays a pivotal role in ensuring fiscal discipline, strengthening control frameworks, and aligning financial strategy with the organisation’s long-term business objectives.
A seasoned finance professional, Mr. Aggarwal is a Chartered Accountant (CA) and has also earned the JAIIB, CAIIB, and a Diploma in Information Systems Audit.
Prior to joining BOBCARD, he built his career at Bank of Baroda, where he contributed across multiple roles spanning Credit, Rural and Agricultural Banking, Executive Director’s secretariat, Branch Head, Dy. Regional Head and Regional Head. His diverse experience equips him with a comprehensive understanding of banking operations, financial risk, and business strategy.
