- An Eligible Customer has to transact on Tata Neu website / app to a Net Transaction Value (as defined above), to qualify for the Discounts. 
- An Eligible Customer can avail the Discount only for the first valid transaction (fulfilling all applicable conditions, including the Net Transaction Value) in a calendar month. Subsequent transactions shall not be eligible for a Discount. - The offer will be applicable once for domestic and one for international.  
“Net Transaction Value” shall mean the retail price of the products purchased by the Eligible Customers from the Brand less the Discount offered to the Eligible Customers at the website/app.

Users, who are travel agents by occupation are barred from making bookings for their customers and TataNeu reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking. TataNeu shall not refund the booking amount in such cases. 
- Fares advertised include the base fare, taxes, and airport charges and do not include convenience fees, or ancillary services. Airport fees and charges and Government levied taxes will be applicable over and above the discounted value of the base fare.

In Case of Cancellation: 

- On full cancellation, the offer stands void and the customer will not be eligible for discount. 

- If the customer cancels the travel service purchase after the discount is credited, TataNeu will deduct the discount amount from the refund and cancellation charges shall apply. 

- In case of partial cancellation, the offer stands void if the revised booking amount is not eligible for discount. If the revised booking amount is still eligible for the discount or cashback, then it will be appropriately reduced basis the booking amount. 

- No refunds are permitted after the payment has been made. Cancellations are subject to applicable fees specified by the Airline.
