- The Offer shall be applicable only to BOBCARD holders on eligible BINs (“Eligible Customers”) on Full swipe transactions. It shall not apply to (a) Business, commercial, and corporate card holders (b) Any other bank card holders or debit card holders (c) EMI transactions 

- An Eligible Customer has to transact on Tata Neu website / app to a Net Transaction Value (as defined above), to qualify for the Discounts. 
-  An Eligible Customer can avail the Discount only for the first valid transaction (fulfilling all applicable conditions, including the Net Transaction Value) in a calendar month. Subsequent transactions shall not be eligible for a Discount. The offer will be applicable once for domestic and one for international.  

- “Net Transaction Value” shall mean the retail price of the products purchased by the Eligible Customers from the Brand less the Discount offered to the Eligible Customers at the website/app. 

- The Discount is applicable on a single transaction and bills cannot be clubbed to avail the same. 

- All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or because of above offer. Shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals in Mumbai only. 

- Tata digital and BOBCARD LIMITED have the right to change or discontinue the Offer at any time during the Offer Period. 

- The decision of Tata Digital and BOBCARD LIMITED will be final and binding and any correspondence in this regard will not be entertained. 

- This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer of TataNeu. 

- Offer not available on blackout dates, all bookings and travel are subject to the Airline’s Terms and Conditions of Carriage. Seats are limited and may not be available for all dates, flights, or routes. 

- The user needs to apply the appropriate promo code to be eligible for the discount offer. In case the customer applies the incorrect promo code or forgets to mention the correct code, he/she will not be eligible for the instant discount. 

- This is a limited inventory offer, available on flight bookings on a first-come-first-serve basis. In case the seats allocated for this Offer are sold out, regular fares will be featured wherever available for booking. 

- TataNeu reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether. 

- In case of a breach of Tata Neu's Terms of Use, we have the right to: (a) suspend or terminate your account; (b) refuse any and all current or future use of the Platform (or any portion thereof); (c) block, withdraw, or recover NeuCoins; and (d) terminate your access to any other programs or features that are offered as a part of your membership with the Platform and rescind any accrued benefits under such programs without payment of any compensation

- Users, who are travel agents by occupation are barred from making bookings for their customers and TataNeu reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking. TataNeu shall not refund the booking amount in such cases. 

- Fares advertised include the base fare, taxes, and airport charges and do not include convenience fees, or ancillary services. Airport fees and charges and Government levied taxes will be applicable over and above the discounted value of the base fare. 

- All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or because of above offer. Shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals in Mumbai only. 

- The passenger(s) agree to be bound by these T&Cs. The bookers and passenger(s) are also deemed to have given their consent for the collection of personal information, governed by the Airline’s Privacy Policy. 
- These T&Cs are in addition to and not in substitution of the Conditions of Carriage of the Airline which will be applicable upon booking by the passenger. All bookings and travel are subject to the Airline’s Terms and Conditions of Carriage

In Case of Cancellation: 
-On full cancellation, the offer stands void and the customer will not be eligible for discount. 
- If the customer cancels the travel service purchase after the discount is credited, TataNeu will deduct the discount amount from the refund and cancellation charges shall apply. 
- In case of partial cancellation, the offer stands void if the revised booking amount is not eligible for discount. If the revised booking amount is still eligible for the discount or cashback, then it will be appropriately reduced basis the booking amount. 
- No refunds are permitted after the payment has been made. Cancellations are subject to applicable fees specified by the Airline.
