1. This "Offer" is provided to you by BOBCARD Limited and Amazon Pay (India) Private Limited (formerly known as 
Amazon Online Distribution Services Private Limited) ("Amazon") and made available on the website www.amazon.in 
and the mobile site and mobile application thereof (collectively, "Amazon.in"). 
2. These Offer terms and conditions ("Offer Terms") are in addition to the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale and 
Privacy Notice to which you agree to by using Amazon.in. In the event of any conflict between the Conditions of Use 
& Sale and these Offer Terms, these Offer Terms will prevail, only for the purposes of this Offer.   
3. All residents of India holding a valid credit card issued by the BOBCARD (each a "Card") are eligible to avail the Offer 
(each a "Cardholder").  
4. The Offer is valid on select Fridays in the months of January, February and March 2026 i.e., 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th 
January 2026, 6th, 13th, 20th and 27th February 2026 and  6th, 13th, 20th and 27th March 2026 ("Offer Duration"), unless 
revoked or extended by Amazon (in its sole discretion), without any prior notice and without any liability. Note: Offer 
will not be applicable during Amazon Site-side event. 
5. Under this Offer, any Cardholder who, during the Offer Period, purchases any product(s) (each a “Product”, and 
collectively “Products”)  in Amazon Fresh, Grocery and Pharma Store separately on www.amazon.in (click here), 
Fresh (click here) and makes payment using a Card shall be entitled to receive an 10% instant discount of INR 300 on 
Credit Cards provided that such transaction is equivalent to or exceeds INR 3,000 for each cart separately (Fresh, 
Grocery and Pharma). 
6. Customer to checkout each cart separately with min purchase of Rs. 3000. 
7. The maximum discount provided under this Offer will not exceed INR 300 per Credit Card per month during the Offer 
Period. 
8. The Offer is NOT applicable on payment made by customers using the 'Cash on Delivery' payment option. 
9. The discount amount provided to eligible Cardholders under this Offer is being funded by the BOBCARD, to the total 
exclusion of Amazon. 
10. This Offer will not be applicable if the Cardholder or the seller or Amazon cancel the order and/or the Cardholder 
returns the Product and, in such a case, participation in the Offer will be deemed withdrawn. In such a scenario, only 
the net amount paid by the Cardholder will be refunded. 
11. BOBCARD and/or Amazon do not endorse any of the products or brands being offered on Amazon.in and will not 
accept any liability pertaining to the quality, merchantability, fitness, delivery or after sales service of such products.  
12. BOBCARD reserves the right to disqualify Cardholders from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is 
identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of 
the Card.  
13. Amazon/BOBCARD reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason 
whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary any or all of these Offer Terms or to replace, wholly or in part, this 
Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not. 
14. Delinquent and over-limit BOBCARD members will not qualify for this Offer. 
15. Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in this Offer. Any such participation is purely voluntary. The 
Offer is being made purely on a best effort basis. 
16. Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by the BOBCARD or Amazon to conduct further, similar or other offers. 
17. The above Offer is by way of a special offer and nothing contained herein shall prejudice or affect the terms and 
conditions of the card member agreement. The terms of the above schemes shall be in addition to and not in 
derogation of the terms contained in the card member agreement. 
18. All disputes between Cardholders and BOBCARD will be resolved inter se, and Amazon will not (nor will be liable or 
obliged to) mediate or resolve any dispute or disagreement between Cardholders and BOBCARD. 
19. This Offer is not valid on corporate, commercial, EMI or credit Cards issued by the BOBCARD.

20. This Offer is not available on: (i) purchase of Product using a card other than the Card(s), or (ii) purchase of Product 
using the Card, but not using the EMI facility. 
21. Notwithstanding anything contained in these Offer Terms, this Offer is not applicable on the purchase of the 
following products:  
Gift Card(s) (Amazon branded and Non Amazon branded) 
Prepaid phone recharges, DTH recharges, Bill Payments 
Kindle e-books and Kindle Unlimited Subscription Program 
Amazon Pay balance loading 
Amazon Prime subscription 
Infant Nutrition products 
Select Smart phones (see product page for offer eligibility) 
Godrej Interio products 
Precious jewelry including Gold and Silver Coins. 
22. Under no circumstance will benefit being offered under this Offer be settled with cash in lieu by BOBCARD or by 
Amazon. 
23. By participating in this Offer, every Cardholder expressly agrees that Amazon or any of its affiliates will not be liable 
or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that a Cardholder may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection 
with this Offer including but not limited to that associated with his/ her use or delivery or misuse of the Product. 
24. These Offer Terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts of Mumbai will have exclusive jurisdiction over 
any disputes in relation to these Offer Terms.  
25. Any person availing this Offer will be deemed to have accepted these Offer Terms.  
26. The Offer is non-transferable, non-encashable and non-negotiable 
27. Any Customer eligible for the Offer shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and 
conditions, general terms and conditions of BOBCARD and terms and conditions of the Amazon in relation to the 
Offer before availing the Offer. BOBCARD merely facilitates its Customers to avail the Offer and it is in no way 
concerned or connected in respect of the terms and conditions of Amazon. 
28. BOBCARD holds out no warranty and makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods 
and services offered by Amazon. Any issue or dispute or claim arising out of or in relation to availing the benefits 
under the Offer must be resolved by the Customer directly with Amazon by reaching out to Amazon Customer Service 
without any reference to BOBCARD. 
29. BOBCARD and Amazon reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason 
whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in 
part this Offer by another offer whether similar to this Offer or not or to extend or withdraw this Offer altogether 
30. BOBCARD shall not be responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for any deficiency or inadequacy in the services 
rendered by Amazon its agents or representatives and the Customer hereby understands, acknowledges and agrees 
not to hold BOBCARD responsible or liable for, any losses, damages, costs, charges, expenses, claims (whether direct 
or indirect), actions or demands suffered by the Customer in relation to availing the benefits under the Offer. 
31. The decision of BOBCARD and Amazon in all matters in connection with and incidental to this Offer is final and shall 
be binding on all persons. 
32. All taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges payable in connection with the benefits of the Offer shall 
be borne solely by the Customer and neither BOBCARD nor Amazon will be liable in any manner whatsoever for any 
such taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges.
