This “Discount” marketing promotion (“Offer”) is run by BOBCARD (“BOBCARD”) under an arrangement with Reliance Retail Ltd. (“Merchant”).

· Offer is open to Indian Individual Customer holding a valid and current Credit Card from BOBCARD to make a purchase at the stores of merchant & the online channels.

· The Offer will be made available for Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays for CC Full Swipe transactions and All days for CC EMI transactions from 1st January 2026 to 31st March 2026 (“Offer Period”).

· The Offer will be applicable once per card per month per platform during the offer period- Offline stores, reliancedigital.in website, JMD stores (ASP).

· Offer is void wherever prohibited by Law.

· Offer is valid on minimum purchase of ₹15,000 using eligible Credit Card during the Offer Period from the Merchant’s stores or online channels. (Eligible Customer).

· Benefit under this Offer is limited to a maximum of ₹1,500/- per transaction.

· Benefits under this Offer is neither transferable nor encashable.

· Reliance Retail & BOBCARD reserves its right without assigning any reasons whatsoever to (a) discontinue or extend the Offer Period and (b) change/ amend / add /delete/ modify terms and conditions of this Offer. Customers hereby unconditionally agree to all such changes/ amendments/ additions/ deletions/ modifications.

· Participation in the Offer is voluntary and at the discretion of Customer to participate and it shall not, in any way, affect the performance of the product purchased under the Offer.

· Customers are not being charged extra for participating in the Offer.

· Product liability, guarantee & warranty shall be transferred as received from respective Manufacturer, Supplier/Vendor & Distributor. Reliance neither warrants nor guarantees the merchantability or suitability of products of Customer available under this offer.

· Decision of BOBCARD in respect of Offer, benefits or any matters related thereto shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entertained by Merchant in this behalf.

· All disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai only.

· By participating in this Offer, Customers/Cardholders agree to be bound by these terms & conditions and waive any right to claim ambiguity in these terms & conditions. Cardholders agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Reliance, and its directors, officers, employees and agents, from and against any loss, claims, damages or liability resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance and/or participation in the Offer.
