1) Finacle/HCUSUM screenshot stamped and signed by the branch, with all the details to be clearly visible, such as Customer Name, FD Amount, Maturity Date
2) Lien to be marked on the FD till year 2099
3) Annexure 1 (Customer consent to mark lien on his FD)
In case of NRI customers:
• Copy of valid Passport (Indian) and Visa
• Address Proof for both Current (India) and Overseas Address
• Customer must hold a NRO/NRI account with BOB in INDIA in INR
• Direct debit mandate for a debit to the above mentioned NRO/NRI account for the FULL amount of the monthly bill
• Latest Bank statement for the above mentioned NRO/NRI account
• International number along with Indian number
