- The Offer shall be applicable only to BOBCARD holders on eligible BINs (“Eligible Customers”) on Full swipe transactions. It shall not apply to (a) Business, commercial, and corporate card holders (b) Any other bank card holders or debit card holders
- An Eligible Customer has to transact on Tata Neu website / app to a Net Transaction Value (as defined above), to qualify for the Discounts.
- An Eligible Customer can avail the Discount only for the first & second valid transactions (fulfilling all applicable conditions, including the Net Transaction Value) in a calendar month. Subsequent transactions shall not be eligible for a Discount.
- “Net Transaction Value” shall mean the retail price of the products purchased by the Eligible Customers from the Brand less the Discount offered to the Eligible Customers at the website/app.
- The Discount is applicable on a two transaction and bills cannot be clubbed to avail the same.
- All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or because of above offer. Shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals in Mumbai only.
- Tata digital and BOBCARD LIMITED have the right to change or discontinue the Offer at any time during the Offer Period.
- The decision of Tata Digital and BOBCARD LIMITED will be final and binding and any correspondence in this regard will not be entertained.
